Dear Reveal customer,

We are writing to inform you of key updates to our business, including changes to our Terms and Conditions, effective 2 December.

In April 2023, Henry Schein Inc. entered into a partnership with Biotech Dental Smilers S.A.S., a rapidly growing provider of dental implants, clear aligners, and innovative digital dental software based in France.

Following this agreement, Henry Schein^® Ireland will now offer Biotech Dental’s Smilers^® aligners for general practitioners and Smilers^® Expert for orthodontists.

Reveal^® Clear Aligners will be discontinued and replaced with Smilers and Smilers Expert to current Reveal customers. Please take the time to read through the updated Smilers Terms and Conditions here. We have also outlined key data privacy changes below:

Biotech Dental Smilers S.A.S. in France and its affiliate Software Nemotec, S.L. in Spain will now become data sub-processors under EU/UK GDPR and will have access to personal data, including practice details, account information, and patient cases and records. This data will be used for the purposes of fulfilling orders, servicing, treatment planning for Smilers cases, ensuring Reveal case continuity, and honoring active Reveal warranties.

Unless you object, your personal data will be migrated from DDX to the Smilers case submission platform (“Smilers Platform”) starting on 3 December, and you will receive an email invitation to activate your Smilers account. More details on your account migration will be provided in the coming days.

If you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions , no further action is needed.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions and wish to decline, please click below AND fill out your account details before end of 2 December.

Important: By refusing these updates you null and void your current Terms & Conditions, including the warranty for Reveal cases.

Reminder: We strongly encourage you to approve any pending treatment plans on DDX on or before 2 December. After 2 December, cases may be submitted via the Smilers platform with updated patient records.
